, Sept. 7 -- Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast rains in five divisions including Dhaka in 24 hours commencing 9am on Sunday.

"Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely at a few places over Rangpur, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Chattogram & Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Khulna & Barishal divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country," said a BMD bulletin.

The well-marked low over Rajasthan and adjoining area moved South-South-westwards and now lies over North Gujarat and adjoining area as a land Depression.
