Prevail Foundation, Sept. 15 -- led non-profit organisation, is set to launch its first project aimed at empowering underprivileged children through education and creativity.

The project titled Families for Children (FFC) will be officially launched at House 34, Road 22, Sector 10, Uttara on Thursday, bringing together 100 children for a day of learning, creativity and joy.

As part of the programme, each child will receive a stationery kit containing a diary-style notebook, pencils, eraser, sharpener, scale and a zipper pouch - basic study materials that many of them often lack, said a press release.

The foundation said these kits symbolise encouragement for children to continue their education and explore their imagination.
