Dhaka, April 9 -- Partex Sporting Club finds itself at the centre of a storm in the ongoing Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPL), as players protest over unpaid salaries while the team coach has made explosive claims of suspicious on-field behaviour.
The unrest became public on Wednesday when several Partex players, including former national batter Sabbir Rahman, visited the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) office to lodge a formal complaint about unpaid wages.
This move comes amid rising tensions within the club, with internal divisions deepening over leadership, performance, and management.
