, Jan. 7 -- The current cold wave sweeping parts of the country will continue for three to four more days until January 11, according to Bangladesh Metrological Department.

According to the regular bulletin of Met office, "A mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Khulna and Barishal divisions and the districts of Tangail, Faridpur, Madaripur, Gopalgonj, Kishoregonj, Manikganj, Narsingdi, Narayanganj, Netrokona, Moulvibazar, Lakshmipur and Cumilla and it may continue."

Moderate to thick fog may occur over the country during mid-night to morning and it may continue till noon at places.

Night temperature may remain nearly unchanged and day temperature may rise slightly over the country.
