, June 24 -- Highlighting the quality of various Bangladeshi products, Foreign Secretary Asad Alam Siam on Tuesday hoped that Bangladesh's export to Bhutan would see an increase.
He also noted that the next round of Commerce Secretary-level meetings would be convened in Dhaka at a mutually convenient date, as Ambassador of Bhutan to Bangladesh Dasho Karma Hamu Dorjee paid a courtesy call on him at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Foreign Secretary conveyed that Bangladesh is looking forward to the next round of Foreign Office Consultations (FOC) to be held this year in Dhaka at a mutually convenient time.
During the meeting, they discussed various areas of bilateral cooperation including trade and education.
