Dhaka, Feb. 23 -- Convener of the Nagorik Committee Nasir Uddin Patwary on Sunday warned that the public may be compelled to take matters into their own hands if the interim government delays or remains silent on the Awami League issue.

"If this interim government adopts a slow or silent approach regarding the Awami League issue, people may be forced to take to the streets and take matters into their own hands," he said.
