, May 15 -- Mohammad Hatem has been elected President of the Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA) for the term 2025-27.

Fazle Shamim Ehsan has been elected the Executive Vice President.

The election for the office bearers of the BKMEA Board of Directors for the 2025-27 tenure was held on Thursday at BKMEA's head office in Narayanganj.

According to the pre-announced schedule by the Election Board, candidates collected and submitted their nomination papers.
