Dhaka, April 17 -- Bangladesh stalwart Tamim Iqbal on Wednesday said that mental preparation is the key to win matches in a big event like the World Cup.

He said instead of debating on the selected squad, supporters should back them to be more confident ahead of the biggest cricketing event.

Tamim played the World Cup for the first time in 2007. In that event, he struck a match-winning fifty against India, which helped him earn star-status.
