Dhaka, March 21 -- year-old man was hacked to death by assailants in the capital's Pallabi area on Friday evening, reportedly over previous enmity.

The victim was identified as Mohammad Selim. The attack took place in front of the WAPDA Building during iftar time, according to eyewitnesses.

Selim's relatives rushed him to the emergency department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) in critical condition. However, doctors declared him dead at 7:50pm after examination.
