Dhaka, Feb. 2 -- Sabina Yasmin, the iconic and popular Bangladeshi singer who was reportedly collapsed in the middle of her musical performance on Friday night which marked her glorious live performance comeback after a year of emergency hiatus, has been shifted to the High Dependency Unit (HDU) at a city hospital in the capital.
She was initially admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) but later moved to the HDU as her condition improved.
However, music artist Jahangir Sayeed on Saturday confirmed in a Facebook post that contrary to media reports, the eminent singer did not collapse during the program, which was a special tribute event by the HSBC Bank at the Grand Ballroom in the capital's Hotel Sheraton, marking her stage return.
