Khulna, June 11 -- The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) arrested Khulna Press Club's former vice-president Mizanur Rahman Milton in a money laundering case on Monday.

Rafiqul Islam, officer-in-charge of Narail's Kalia Police Station, said CID picked up Mizanur and three others from a hotel in Khulna city around 2pm and handed him over around 7pm.

He was later produced before a court and sent to prison.

CID Inspector Anup filed a money laundering case against 16 people, including Mizanur, with Kalia police. Four people, including the journalist, have been arrested in the case so far.
