Chattogram, Oct. 23 -- BNP's Joint Secretary for Information and Research Kader Gani Chowdhury on Thursday urged people to vote for the party's symbol, 'Dhanershish' (Sheaf of Paddy), calling it a symbol of development, democracy and national sovereignty.
Speaking at a rally at Talimuddin Madrasah grounds, he highlighted BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman's vision for a humane Bangladesh.
"By voting for the 'Dhanershish', people have never been deceived. BNP respects the sanctity of votes. When BNP comes to power, development happens and people live in peace," he said.
