Dhaka, Feb. 27 -- Chief Adviser's Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad Majumder on Thursday said the press accreditation cards will soon be issued to journalists in accordance with the new Press Accreditation Policy, 2025.
"Under the new policy, journalists will be required to submit applications for accreditation. These applications will be thoroughly reviewed within a specified period, and new cards will be issued accordingly," he said during a press briefing at the Foreign Service Academy.
Azad said that until the new press accreditation cards are issued, the existing press cards will remain valid.
