Dhaka, May 30 -- Bangladesh Army, in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, detained 390 people with arms and ammunitions from different parts of the country over the seven days till May 28.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the joint operations were started on May 22 to maintain law and order of the country, and has continued.

During the drives, 21 firearms, 99 rounds of ammunition, 16 crude bombs, narcotics, locally-made weapons, stolen motorcycles, mobile phones, walkie-talkies, passports, counterfeit currency, and cash were seized, said ISPR.
