, June 2 -- The Embassy of Japan in Dhaka on Monday said the Medical Waste Management Centre in Kushtia district will contribute to improve the health and safety of people involved in waste collection and the living and sanitary environment of the residents.
First Secretary Karasawa Shinju and Second Secretary Makiguchi Yasuyuki visited Kushtia district to attend the inaugural ceremony of the project for 'Construction of Medical Waste Management Centre' in Kushtia district provided to the NGO 'PRISM Bangladesh Foundation' by the government of Japan through the Grant Assistance for Grass-roots Human Security Projects (GGHSP).
