Dhaka, Feb. 2 -- Bangladesh's export earnings saw a marginal decline of 0.5 percent in January 2026, totaling US $4.41 billion compared to $4.43 billion during the same month last year.
According to the latest data from the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) released on Monday, the cumulative export earnings for the first seven months (July-January) of the 2025-26 fiscal year fell by 1.93 percent to $28.41 billion.
Despite the slight year-on-year dip, January demonstrated a significant recovery in trade momentum.
