Dhaka, Sept. 2 -- The English Club of Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) organised an inter-university cultural and literary competition titled "Light Within the Masquerade" on Tuesday at the university campus.

Students from various universities across the country participated in this vibrant and colourful event, according to a press release.

Renowned National Film Award-winning actor and President of Actors' Equity Bangladesh, Shahiduzzaman Selim, was present as the chief guest.

Special guests included Dr Fr Charles B. Gordon, CSC, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of NDUB, and Prof Golam Sarwar Chowdhury, Head of the Department of English.
