Dhaka, May 15 -- The Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre (IGCC) of the Indian High Commission hosted a vibrant cultural evening on Thursday at the Old India House, Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) in the capital's Gulshan, marking Buddha Purnima with performances that reflected the life and teachings of Lord Buddha through music and dance.
The evening featured spiritual reflections and classical dance performances, marking the occasion of Buddha Purnima, which commemorates the birth, enlightenment and Mahaparinirvana of Lord Buddha.
