Dhaka, April 3 -- The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced a packed home schedule for the Indian men's cricket team, set to host the West Indies and South Africa across October to December this year.
The season will begin with a two-match Test series against the West Indies, starting in Ahmedabad on October 2. The second Test will be played at Eden Gardens in Kolkata from October 10.
Following the Caribbean challenge, India will take on South Africa in an all-format series that begins with a historic Test match in Guwahati - the city's first-ever - after the opener in New Delhi from November 14 to 18. The second Test will follow from November 22.
