Dhaka, Aug. 8 -- The Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre (IGCC), under the aegis of the High Commission of India in Dhaka, organised a special Rabindra Sangeet evening on Thursday titled 'Rabindra Sandhya' to commemorate the 84th death anniversary of Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore.

Held at the Indian Cultural Centre in the capital's Gulshan, the event featured performances by noted Tagore artistes Tanjina Toma and Debolina Sur, who presented several of Tagore's most cherished songs, reflecting the spiritual depth and emotive richness of his work.
