Dhaka, May 12 -- The investigation agency of the International Crimes Tribunal on Monday submitted a report accusing former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and two others of committing crimes against humanity in connection with the mass killings that took place during July and August.
ICT Chief Prosecutor Mohammad Tazul Islam disclosed this at a press conference.
"Sheikh Hasina has been accused of five specific crimes against humanity. While two of the charges have been made public, the rest will remain confidential for now," he said.
The two other accused are former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal and former Inspector General of Police Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun.
