Dhaka, May 6 -- The Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued an urgent notice for the hajj pilgrims who are scheduled to fly for Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.

The Ministry said in the notification that the owners, partners, directors, and chairmen of the relevant Hajj agencies are hereby notified that tomorrow (Tuesday) there will be VVIP movement on Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Road - the reference being to BNP chairperson and thrice-former prime minister Begum Khaleda Zia.

Consequently, the road may experience a traffic gridlock.

Therefore, all Hajj agencies whose pilgrims will be travelling to Saudi Arabia on the following Hajj flights are asked to make sure they arrive at the Hajj camp by 6am on Tuesday morning in order to pre...
