Dhaka, Jan. 28 -- Religious Affairs Adviser Dr A F M Khalid Hossain on Wednesday said all preparations for Hajj are progressing according to the roadmap.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs is working relentlessly to complete cent percent accommodation contracts within the stipulated timeframe, he said during a meeting with Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Bangladesh Dr Abdullah Jafer Bin Abiayah at the Secretariat.

The adviser said that the process of finalising accommodation contracts for Bangladeshi pilgrims is being closely monitored.

All Hajj agencies have been asked to sign the agreements within the set deadlines and a significant number of contracts have already been completed for pilgrims in both Madinah and Makkah, he said.
