Bangladesh, Nov. 25 -- Corruption Commission (ACC) on Wednesday dropped the names of seven people including former Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (Rajuk) chairman Humayun Khadem from the charge sheet of a case filed over the FR Tower fire.

ACC spokesperson Pranab Kumar Bhattachariya told UNB that the anti-corruption watchdog approved the charge sheet against 18 people while seven others including the former Rajuk chairman were excluded from it.

On June 25 last year, ACC Deputy Director Abu Bakar Siddique filed two cases with ACC's integrated district office Dhaka-1 to this end.

On November 23, a Dhaka court granted bail to the ailing Humayun Khadem, who appeared before the court on a stretcher.
