Khulna, Nov. 14 -- Usually people visit hospitals when sick, now fish in Khulna can also receive medical care. A specialised fish hospital, 'Fish Square Fisheries Hospital,' was inaugurated in Dumuria of Khulna on Friday afternoon, to provide treatment and advice for fish diseases and aquaculture issues.
Prof Md. Shah Alam Sarkar, a teacher of Bangladesh Open University, inaugurated the hospital at Rudaghra Bot Tala intersection. It will offer completely free services and consultations for fish farmers, aiming to address problems ranging from fish diseases to general aquaculture concerns.
