Dhaka, Sept. 2 -- A fire that broke out at the Siddheswari High School Jame Mosque on Tuesday evening was brought under control within 30 minutes.
The blaze began around 7:00pm on the top floor of the mosque, where carpets were stored.
Locals quickly responded with fire extinguishers from nearby buildings and managed to douse the flames by approximately 7:30pm.
No injuries have been reported in the incident.
The cause of the fire could not be immediately determined.
