Dhaka, March 24 -- A fire that broke out at a CNG-run autorickshaw garage at Palashbagh, Rampura of Dhaka, early Monday morning was brought under control.

Six firefighting units from Khilgaon, Baridhara, Tejgaon, and Siddik Bazar fire stations brought the fire under control at 6:30 am, said Warehouse Inspector Anwarul Islam of the Fire Service and Civil Defence headquarters media cell.

Earlier, the fire broke out at the garage at 5:28 am.

Further details regarding the cause of the fire and damages were yet to be known.
