Bangladesh, Sept. 28 -- Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Monday said that it would be a tough job to fill up the vacant space created after Attorney General Mahbubey Alam's demise on Sunday.

"His death is a great loss for the country, it would be a tough job to fill his vacant space," she said.

The Prime Minister said this while adopting a condolence motion in the regular weekly cabinet meeting joining from her official residence Ganobahban virtually.

She said that his wisdom, talent and knowledge were very much essential for the country.

"He used to consider everything judiciously, statically and with cool head, he solved many complex cases properly," she said.
