Faridpur, Feb. 10 -- A clash has broken out between two groups in Faridpur's Bhanga upazila, leaving 20 people injured and 25 homes vandalised.
The clash took place in Tujarpur village of the upazila on Monday afternoon, said Bhanga Police Station Officer-in-Charge Moksedur Rahman on Monday.

The confrontation was sparked by a long-standing dispute over dominance between two local figures, Omar Matubbar and Wahab Bhuiyan.
The altercation began after a scuffle broke out during a Waz Mahfil in Tujarpur Bazar on Saturday night involving Emon Bhuiyan, a supporter of Wahab, and Omar Matubbar's associates, Manik and Tamim.
