Khulna, March 4 -- Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ) Secretary General Kader Gani Chowdhury on Tuesday said that the fallen government, i.e. the one led by the Awami League till August 5 last year, has severely damaged journalism in Bangladesh.

He said that a certain group of subservient journalists had been created to write false narratives, which has eroded public trust in the media.
