, Feb. 22 -- The International Crimes Tribunal-2 on Sunday indicted 11 people including former Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner Habibur Rahman in a case over the murder of Imam Hasan Taim during the July uprising.

The three-member bench of ICT-2 led by its Chairman Justice Nazrul Islam framed the charges and asked to begin the trial in the case.

The tribunal also fixed March 29 for hearing the deposition of the witnesses in the case.

Among the accused, former officer-in-charge of Jatrabari Police Station Abul Hasan and former sub-inspector of the police station Shahadat Ali, who were arrested, were produced before the tribunal.
