Bangladesh, July 13 -- Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Mayor Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh on Monday urged the city dwellers not to dispose their daily wastages at open places or roads during the day time aiming to build a clean city.

The Mayor came up with the remarks while attending a meeting of waste management at Nagar Bhaban in the afternoon.

"We are rearranging the whole waste management system of the city. From now on all waste management will be operated from 6 pm in the evening to 6 am in the morning." He said.

"Our key purpose is to gift a clean city to the Dhaka dwellers." The Mayor said.

The waste collectors of DSCC will collect the domestic disposals between 6 pm to 10 pm and dump them at specific places, Taposh ...
