Dhaka, Feb. 17 -- The Traffic Division of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has filed 5,390 cases against people for violating traffic rules in different parts of the capital over the past four days.
Besides, the authorities dumped 365 vehicles and towed 108 others during the drives, said Assistant Commissioner (AC-media) of the DMP Jahangir Kabir.

The operations were conducted on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, he added.
The DMP's Traffic Division has vowed to continue its enforcement drives to maintain discipline on Dhaka's roads.
