, Aug. 30 -- Dhaka, the overcrowded capital city of Bangladesh, has ranked fifth on the list of cities with the worst air quality with an AQI score of 113 at 9:05 am this morning.

The capital's air was classified as 'unhealthy for sensitive groups', according to the AQI index.

Uganda's Kampala, Bahrain's Manama, the United Arab Emirates' Dubai and Democratic Republic of the Congo's Kinshasa occupied the first, second, third and fourth spots on the list, with AQI scores of 160, 153, 149 and 135, respectively.
