Dhaka, Nov. 14 -- Dhaka, the overcrowded capital of Bangladesh, ranked third among cities with the worst air quality on Friday morning, posting an AQI score of 235 at 9 am (November 13, 2025).
According to the AQI index, the city's air was classified as "very unhealthy", posing a serious health risk. This poor air quality has persisted for several days, raising growing public health concerns among residents.
India's Delhi and Kolkata occupied the first and second positions on the list, with AQI scores of 386 and 259 respectively.
