Dhaka, Nov. 20 -- Law Adviser Asif Nazrul on Thursday said the government would soon decide whether an approach can also be made to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to bring convicted Sheikh Hasina and Asaduzzaman Khan back to Bangladesh.
"At the same time (alongside writing to India to extradite them), we will soon sit to assess and decide whether any approach can be made to the International Criminal Court to bring these convicted persons back to the country," he said.
The Law Adviser made the remarks while briefing reporters at the Foreign Service Academy after a meeting of the Council of Advisers, held with Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus in the chair at the Chief Adviser's Office.
