, Oct. 24 -- Diplomatic Correspondents Association, Bangladesh (DCAB) has expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Md Nurul Amin, father of its member Nazrul Islam.

Amin, who passed away on Wednesday night at a hospital in Dhaka due to complications related to old age, was laid to rest at his family graveyard in Lakshmipur on Thursday. He was 64.

In a condolence message on Friday, DCAB President AKM Moinuddin and General Secretary Md Arifuzzaman Mamun extended heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
