Dhaka, Aug. 19 -- Cox's Bazar CSO and NGO Forum (CCNF) jointly organised a discussion programme marking the World Humanitarian Day in Kolatoli of Cox's Bazar on Monday.

The chief guest of the programme, Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner (RRRC) Mohammad Abul Kalam said that humanity is a widely discussed word in the world but it has become more important in Bangladesh in the context of the Rohingya crisis since 2017, said a press release.

"It is the responsibility of every humanitarian worker to create hope among the Rohingya Myanmar citizens until they return to their home country", he opined.

He also appreciated the participation of large number of women activists in humanitarian purpose.
