, March 24 -- A Dhaka court on Monday ordered the authorities concerned to confiscate the property of cricketer Shakib Al Hasan in a Tk 4 crore cheque disnonour case.
Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ziadur Rahman passed the order following a petition filed by Advocate Rafi Ahsan.
On December 15, last year, Md Shahibur Rahman, relationship officer of IFIC Bank filed the case against four people including Shakib in cheque dishonor case.
The other accused in the case included Sakib AL Hasan Agro Farm Managing Director Gazi Sahagir Hossain, its Director Imdadul Haque and Malaikar Begum.
