, Nov. 19 -- A man and his wife were found dead in their house in Rangabali upazila of Patuakhali district on Tuesday night.

The deceased are Rakib Pyada, 30, and his wife Sohagi Begum, 25, of Uttar Chalitabunia village under Chalitabunia union. They have a seven-year-old son named Mujahid.

Locals said a neighbouring relative went to the house around 10 pm on Tuesday and found the couple hanging.

Hearing her screams, neighbours rushed to the house and informed police of the matter.

Officer-in-charge of Shamim Hawladar of Rangabali Police Station said the bodies were sent to Patuakhali morgue for autopsy.

All evidences including a suicide note were recovered but the exact cause of death will be determined after getting autopsy reports...
