, Aug. 25 -- Police submitted chargesheet against eight people in connection with the murder of journalist Asaduzzaman Tuhin in Gazipur on Monday.

The chargesheeted accused are Mizan alias Ketu Mizan, his wife Parul Akter alias Gopali, AL-Amin, Md Shahjalal, Md Foysal Hasan, Sumon alias Sabbir, Arman and Shahidul.

During investigation police found involvement of Ketu Mizan, his wife Golapi and six others in the murder, said Deputy Commissioner (Crime) Rabiul Hasan at a press briefing.

A mobile phone of Tuhin was also recovered, he said.

Police arrested all of them after examining CCTV footage and with the help of technology.
