Dhaka, March 4 -- Bangladesh Ceramic Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BCMEA) has elected Mainul Islam as President, Md. Mamunur Rashid as Senior Vice President and Irfan Uddin as General Secretary in the biennial elections for the 2025-26 terms.

On Monday (March 3), Election Commission Chairman Dr. Mohammad Helal Uddin announced the names of the newly elected full board of directors consisting of 12 members. Election Commission members Morshed Alam and Imran Ahmed were present at the time, according to a press release on Tuesday.

The other elected members are Senior Vice President Abdul Hakim Sumon, Vice President Ruslan Nasir, Ayesha Sana Asif Tabani, Rashid Maimunul Islam and Asif Iqbal Mahmud.
