Dhaka, March 2 -- BNP leaders on Sunday hosted an Iftar party for orphans and Islamic scholars at Eskaton in Dhaka on the first day of Ramadan.
The party's acting chairman Tarique Rahman joined the event virtually from London.
Tarique Rahman urged everyone to pray for the peace and prosperity of Bangladesh.
Hundreds of students from Farmgate Islamia Mission Madrasha and Shantinagar Bazar Jatiya Muslim Madrasha participated joined the iftar.
