Dhaka, May 20 -- Biplabi Ganajot, an alliance of seven non-registered political parties, on Tuesday urged the Election Commission to simplify the party registration process allowing a political party to be registered on condition of having just its central office, central committee and organisational charter.
A seven-member delegation of the alliance placed the demand in a meeting with Chief Election Commissioner AMM Nasir Uddin and other election commissioners at Nirbachan Bhaban in the city.
