Dhaka, May 19 -- Biman Bangladesh Airlines has formed two investigation committees and outlined an action plan over the wheel detachment from a Dash-8 aircraft during take off from Cox's Bazar on May 16.

The Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight made a safe landing at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka despite losing one of its wheels shortly after take off from Cox's Bazar.

Following the incident, Biman initiated an internal review and formed two separate three-member committees, said a statement of Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
