Dhaka, June 25 -- The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is set to commemorate a significant milestone in the country's cricket history-25 years since earning Test status-with a celebratory event at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Thursday.

Marking the silver jubilee of Bangladesh's elevation to the elite ranks of Test-playing nations, the BCB has organized a two-hour-long program that will begin at 4 PM at the stadium's Media Plaza and conclude by 6 PM.

Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan, Advisor to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, will be present at the occasion as the chief guest, while BCB President Aminul Islam Bulbul will deliver the welcome address.
