Dhaka, March 18 -- Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is thinking of appointing a psychologist for the national cricket team, said its president Nazmul Hassan on Tuesday.

Bangladesh national team recently escaped a frightening terror attack in New Zealand by seconds. Some of the players saw bloodstained bodies of the victims on the spot which affected their mental state badly.

"Yes, we are considering it (to appoint a psychologist). The national players who have toured New Zealand are now under our observation. Not just for this, we are considering to appoint a psychologist for a bigger reason," Nazmul told the reporters.
