Dhaka, Feb. 6 -- Bangladesh has conveyed its protest to India over former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's activities staying in India which Dhaka sees as provocative.

Bangladesh handed over a protest note to the Indian acting High Commissioner calling him to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Affairs Adviser Md Touhid Hossain told media on Thursday.

Touhid said Dhaka also requested New Delhi in the past of refraining Hasina from making such activities but Dhaka did not get any reply from New Delhi.
