Dhaka, Aug. 29 -- After a resounding Test debut, left-handed top order batsman Shadman Islam is eager and busy to bring his batting to the next level ahead of the one-off Test series against Afghanistan beginning on September 5 at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in the port city of Chattogram.

Shadman, a 24-year-old batsman, believes Bangladesh are not losing their sleep thinking much about the spin attack of Afghanistan, especially of Rashid Khan, who are admired all over the world for their variation. But, Shadman said on Thursday that Bangladesh are not thinking much about Rashid Khan as well.
