Dhaka, Nov. 11 -- The Election Commission is inviting 12 political parties to attend its opening day's sessions of the electoral dialogue, starting on Thursday (November 13) next, ahead of the 13th parliamentary election.

The commission is set to hold talks with registered political parties before the election schedule is expected to be announced in early December.

There will be two sessions on the opening day- the first from 10:00am to 12:00pm, and the second from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

According to the EC's final list, the 12 parties are Liberal Democratic Party-LDP, Bangladesh Congress, Bangladesh Muslim League, National People's Party, Bangladesh Khelafat Andolan, Jamiyate Ulamaye Islam Bangladesh will be invited to Thursday morning.
